Canary Cottage stands in a lovely position within an arable farm, surrounded by fields and farm buildings. The accommodation is suitable for two people (and a baby) and is set all on one level. It is spacious, well equipped and has oil-fired central heating and ample parking. The cottage is non-smoking and we regret we cannot allow pets.

Canary Cottage consists of: an entrance hall, separate bathroom and WC, a kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with large double bed which can be converted to two singles, and a sitting room overlooking the meadows.

The farm and Canary Cottage reside in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, famous for both its coast and countryside and easily explored by car, bike or foot. The nearest town of Wells-next-the Sea is two miles away with shops, a post office, bank, library, tourist information and a variety of eating places.
Branthill Farm is a working arable farm growing mostly malting barley and sugar beet. We are proud to say that a proportion of the quality malting barley grown here goes to the local micro-brewers as malt with which they produce fine real ale which we offer for sale on the farm in our new off licence ‘The Real Ale Shop’.

We have a heated swimming pool and a hard tennis court which are both available for guests' use in spring and summer by prior arrangement.

We are open all year and rentals are usually from Saturday to Saturday, however short breaks are available as detailed below.

Please note that charges for Christmas, Easter and half-terms may vary from the above.
