Self Catering in The Queen’s Warehouse
The Queen’s Warehouse was originally the bonded store of The Old Custom House and the strong room where seized goods were held. It has been converted into a twin bed studio apartment which includes a modern kitchen with an Everhot (aga type) range cooker. It is offered as a self-catering suite for one or two people.
It has its own front door and we can supply wheel chair ramps for this door if needed. There is off-road parking for one car and guests’ pets are welcome.
The bathroom features a large shower cubicle with hand basin and WC, and there are hand-holds by the wc and for deployment in the shower.
Guests choosing this room can come and go as they please without entering any of the other parts of the property. Being self-catering you will not be dependent on restaurants and pubs for the provision of your meals.
Top quality local produce is available from the independent shops in nearby Staithe Street.
Room Rate: £160 per night for 2 people plus a one-off charge of £5 per dog per stay.
